Insurance and Payment Policies

At Main Street Dental, we strive to help patients achieve the dental care they deserve. Our recommended treatment plans are based on our professional judgment, clinical findings, and your specific concerns. We do not adjust our recommendations based your insurance coverage or lack thereof. We strive to keep fees reasonable without compromising quality of care.

Our fees are based on the approved fees outlined by contractual agreements with specific insurance carriers including Northeast Delta Dental, which is the coverage held by a majority of our patients. In addition to Northeast Delta Dental, we also accept Metlife, Assurant, and Securian dental plans. Patients with these plans will be expected to pay their co-pay and any applicable deductible.

Patients with other plans, or no dental insurance will be expected to pay in full at the time of treatment. We will be happy to complete and submit your claim forms for you. We will ask your insurance company to direct the reimbursement to you.

If you have dental coverage in your health insurance, please let us know when you schedule your first appointment.

If dental coverage is not available to you, or you have concerns about your ability to pay, please discuss it with us at your earliest convenience.

Please remember that whether or not you have insurance coverage, you are responsible for the fees incurred for your dental treatment. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. Open communication can prevent costly misunderstandings. Thank you!
